PVC and paperboard manufacturing
Standard PVC in CR80 format and graphic paperboard up to 840 microns for gift and loyalty cards.
Chip, RFID and NFC
Integration of identification and payment technologies: EMV chip, RFID, NFC and magnetic stripe.
Advanced personalization
Laser, thermal, inkjet and retransfer printing. Unique data on each card: name, photo, number or QR.
Encoding and serialization
Encoding on chip, magnetic stripe and barcode, with verified mass serialization.
Premium finishes
Matte and gloss laminates, spot varnishes, tactile embossing, security holograms and invisible UV inks.
Packaging and logistics
Turnkey service: individual packaging, branded packaging and distribution to final destination.

The right material for every application
Standard PVC
Rigidity, durability and optimized cost for large volumes. CR80 format (85.6 × 54 mm) and 0.76 mm thickness according to ISO 7810.
PVC recycled · GRS 4.0
Same technical performance as standard PVC, with certified post-consumer recycled material. Available at 80 %, 90 % and 100 %.
Graphic paperboard
For gift cards, loyalty and retail. From 300 to 840 microns, in CR80 or custom formats.

Up to 22,000 cards/hour, ±0.1 mm laser sensors and perfect edges.
Automatic laminating
Up to 12,000 cards/hour, with hot and cold presses and automated control.

Sustainability
