Business owners are not granted the right of voluntary withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specifications made by the consumer and/or business owner are decisive, for example customization, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. In all other cases, consumers have the legal right of withdrawal, as explained in the withdrawal instructions.
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of these goods.

Rights and Obligations of Withdrawal
The processing period for the right of withdrawal is 15 business days from the notification and receipt of the documentation required to exercise this right.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORAN SL by email at tienda@ecopubli.es of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement.
You must without exception provide a photocopy of your ID/NIE and a Certificate of Account Holder for the account to which the transfer will be made by us, which must be held by the same person and/or company to whom the invoice was issued and who made the payment.
No refunds of any kind will be made to different bank accounts.
You may use the withdrawal form model set out below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the corresponding deadline expires.
Once this deadline has passed, no withdrawal request will be accepted, and you will not be entitled to it.
Please remember that customized products are not eligible for the Right of Withdrawal.
5.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Customized products are not entitled to withdrawal of any kind, nor are companies and/or products intended for sale and/or marketing of any kind entitled to such withdrawal.
5.3 Consequences of the Right of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will reimburse all payments received from you regarding the order in question, excluding the delivery costs of the order on our part.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make said refund using exclusively a bank transfer from our account to the account you must provide us on the same day it is requested, and we will not be responsible under any circumstances for any delay in said refund if you do not provide us your bank account on the same day it is requested.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us, that is, to PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORAN SL, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said deadline has expired.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In all cases, once we have received your returned goods, our company will check the condition of all units received and their state.
If, as a result of this review, there is any alteration to the original order in quantities or product condition, the refund will always be made, deducting the amount corresponding to these alterations and at the same price you were charged, adding the proportionate transport cost amount.
